With a background in kinesiology, years of experience in movement science, and a 200-hour yoga certification, I discovered Stretch Yoga Therapy to bridge the gap between flexibility, healing, and mindful movement. My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that every body deserves to move with ease and confidence.


At SYT, we focus on releasing tension, restoring alignment, and promoting long-term wellness. Through 1-on-1 assisted stretch therapy, I help clients unlock mobility, reduce pain, and reconnect with their body’s natural rhythm.
